The Buying Process I Use 

• I will perform a detailed Needs Analysis to determine the characteristics of the home you are looking for

• A quick pre-qualification is then necessary to determine what you can afford

• I’ll give you my insight on the market trends in your areas of interest, and point out other areas you may have overlooked that would suit your needs and price range

• I will scan daily for new properties on the market meeting your desired characteristics and set up appointments to show them to you

• A comparative market analysis will be done on any properties of interest before you make an offer

• Using this analysis I will assist you with an offer pricing strategy that will ensure you pay the fairest price possible

• Before I present the offer, we will review it together and go over all the special terms and conditions it will contain that will protect you 

• Once an offer is accepted  I will discuss the importance of a home inspection, status certificate, and a title insurance

• I will give you an accurate estimate of closing costs and outline the sequence of events that will take place up to closing day

• I will be present during the home inspection to help you interpret the inspector’s appraisal 

• I will deliver all necessary purchase documentation to you, your lawyer and the listing agent
